Dresden State Art Collections re-open the Mathematical-Physical Salon

Special thanks and greetings go to the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden (Dresden State Art Collections). By re-opening the Mathematisch-Physikalischer Salon (Mathematical-Physical Salon) in the baroque Zwinger complex, one of the most extraordinary collections of scientific instruments was made accessible to visitors. Here you can find more details on the exposition.

Cultivation of Traditions

Tradition is not to preserve the ashes, but to pass on the flame. With these words of the British humanist Thomas Morus we associate our activities for a vivid cultivation of traditions. By this, we aim to enable inspiration and creativity out of the Wettin spirit for the next generations.
